En daarnaast stelt de groep de toetreding voor van twee nieuwe, niet-uitvoerende bestuurders. Micha\u00ebl De Roover, als onafhankelijk bestuurder, en Fran\u00e7ois Monfils, voegen zowel ervaring toe in strategische bedrijfstransformatie, als juridische expertise voor de brouwerij -en vastgoedactiviteiten.
